Speakers will present the components of a data maturity model, and articulate the rewards of using a maturity model through industry case studies.

In table groups of five, participants will apply the data management maturity model to identify the current stage of their organizations and the desired maturity stage. We will then hear a panel of three leaders from distinct industries discuss the challenges and opportunities of their current maturity stage.

12:10–12:30PM Open Space Marketplace Opens

Participants who have a topic step into the middle or the room, announce their topic, and post their topic on a bulletin board. Participants will be invited to sign up for the topic they are most interested in.
